Deyu’s processing capabilities cover the entire steel processing chain, including steel plate pretreatment, flame, plasma and laser cutting, leveling, bending, edge milling, plate rolling and welding. Its equipment includes: 1. A steel plate pretreatment system integrating shot blasting, sandblasting, painting and drying, with comprehensive inkjet marking on plate surfaces and edges. It handles widths up to 5 meters, blasting and painting speeds of 6 meters per minute, plate thicknesses of 6–100 mm, and paint film thicknesses of 10–30 micrometers; 2. Five Han’s Laser cutting machines rated from 12 to 40 kW, supporting bevel cutting and a maximum cutting thickness of 80 mm, with an extra-large 26 × 5-meter cutting table, as well as plasma and flame cutting machines; 3. A leveling machine with a maximum manganese steel plate leveling thickness of 120 mm, the largest single-unit leveling machine in China; 4. A 2,400-ton, 14-meter tandem press brake and 200–630-ton press brakes; 5. Edge milling machines with milling lengths of 6–16 meters, plate thicknesses of 6–100 mm, and milling angles of 0–60 degrees, suitable for low-carbon steel, stainless steel and high-strength materials; 6. A plate rolling machine capable of processing plates up to 100 mm thick and 4 meters in diameter, meeting large-scale plate processing needs; 7. More than 30 machines, including H/T-section assembly, welding and straightening machines, automatic seam-closing and welding machines, and hydraulic presses, to meet customers’ individual requirements.
