1. Our steel plate supply chain segment focuses on plate trading, cold rolling, longitudinal slitting, and processing/distribution, with a primary emphasis on medium- to thick-thickness plates. Our product range includes cold- and hot-rolled slit plates, patterned plates, container plates, high-strength steel, and beam steel. We are equipped with 15 cold- and hot-rolling longitudinal slitting lines, capable of processing materials with thicknesses ranging from 1 to 30 mm and widths up to 2,500 mm. The processed steel can achieve a strength of up to 1,000 MPa, and our operations fully cover processes such as longitudinal slitting, edge trimming, and ink-jet coding.
Second, by establishing a comprehensive profile supermarket segment featuring products such as power-angle steel, I-beams, angle and channel steel, H-beams, pipes, and bars, we aim to become an all-in-one service provider that reduces customers' procurement and logistics costs.
3. Deyu Processing offers comprehensive steel fabrication services spanning the entire industry chain, including steel plate pre-treatment, flame/plasma and laser cutting, leveling, bending, edge milling, coiling, and welding. The facility is equipped with nearly 30 machines, such as steel plate pre-treatment equipment, five Dazhu laser cutting systems, plasma and flame cutting machines, a leveling machine, a 2400-ton, 14-meter dual-machine synchronized bending press, an edge mill, a plate coiler, and an H-beam assembly, welding, and straightening integrated machine, enabling us to meet customers’ customized requirements.
